Description
Basic muffin mix is the perfect mix to have on hand when you want to whip up muffins. This mix is great to mix with fruit, chocolate or other ingredients. This mix is a delicious addition to your food storage staples.

Shelf Life: Should be stored in cool dark place- optimum condition is 60 degrees or less- for longer storage. Storing properly in our enameled cans and Super pail buckets, product may store 3-5 years Leavening in can may cause some bulging. Bulk products need to be repackaged for long term storage.
Directions: Mix 3 cups muffin mix with 1 1/2 cups cold water in an electric mixer for 30 seconds on low speed, then 1 minute on medium speed. Do not over beat. For added texture and flavor, 1 tsp oil may be added. May add fruits or other condiments. Grease bottom of muffin tins and fill only 2/3 full. Bake at 375 F degrees for 14-16 minutes or until done to the touch.
Ingredients: Bleached enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, enriched with niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean-palm-cotton seed oils, propylene glycol mono and diesters of fats and fatty acids, mono and diglycerides, soy lecithin, polysorbate 60 TBHQ [preservative]), dried whole eggs, cornstarch, nonfat dry milk, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate), wheat starch, salt, dextrose, sodium stearoyl lactylate, cellulose gum, artificial flavors (milk).
Contains: Wheat, Dairy, Eggs, and Soy.
*Because of the leavening in these mixes they may begin to expand, when you use this product it may require adding a small amount of baking powder to the mix.
Packaged in a plant that handles milk, wheat, eggs, soy, and tree nut products.
