Introducing the Kelly Kettle Ultimate ‘Scout’ Kit, made of high-quality stainless steel for maximum durability and performance. This kit includes the ‘Scout’ kettle, which has a generous capacity of 41 fl. oz., a fire base, and a green whistle. The kettle is perfect for boiling water, making hot drinks, or cooking food while outdoors.
The kit also comes with a hobo stove that fits neatly inside the fire base of your kettle. This stand-alone wood-fueled stove takes up no extra space and is perfect for cooking food directly on top of it.
Additionally, the kit features a cook set that includes a 29 fl. oz. pot with a pan/lid, grill set, and gripper handle. The grill pieces can be placed on the fire-base to grill food over the coals, or to simply create a base for the pot/pan to sit on.
The two included cups are made of single-walled stainless steel and have folding handles for easy storage. The cups also pack inside each other for added convenience. The kit also features two stackable and dishwasher-safe plates that are suitable for indoor or outdoor use. The plates have a rim around the edge that protects fingers from getting burned when the contents are hot.
The base/pot support is a new addition to the kit and can be used to cook fast-cooking items like rice, oatmeal, noodles, soup, etc. over the chimney of your kettle while it boils. It can also be used to level uneven ground under the fire-base or to eliminate scorch marks to lawns, timber decking, and picnic tables.
All items in the kit are made of stainless steel and fit neatly within the kettle for easy transport and storage. The kit comes with a storage bag, and the total weight is 4.66 lbs (excluding packaging). The product dimensions are as follows: height of 10.2 inches (packed), diameter of 7.3 inches (widest point at the rim of the base), and a capacity of 41 fl. oz., 5 cups, and 1.2 liters. The kettle weighs 2.2 lbs, the pot has a capacity of 29 oz., the cups weigh 0.55 lbs, and the plates weigh 0.56 lbs combined. The overall diameter of the plates is 7 3/4″ and they are 1″ deep.
