A plant-based protein that is ALL VEGETABLE provides substance and taste to your favorite recipes. Use our Taco Flavored Bits as you would seasoned burger. Put it directly in soups, stews, or other dishes that are being cooked. It tastes great in sauce for Sloppy Joes! You can also rehydrate it in a small amount of hot water for 5-7 minutes, drain, and use on pizza, or add to refried beans for a great taco filling. This is a MUST HAVE for any vegetarian kitchen!
