Vegetables are often thought of as very perishable and therefore something you will never find in an emergency food supply. It’s true that vegetables are very perishable and don’t always store well, but that doesn’t mean that you have to miss out. Vegetables are an important and even essential source of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and many other essential nutrients that you simply cannot do without, especially when you are already under stress.

From potatoes to a mix of garden greens, we do our best to offer as many vegetables as we possibly can.  We specifically offer freeze-dried options such as green beans and even corn and potatoes. The important thing is that you will always get all of the essential nutrients you need out of these foods. Even though we can’t give you baked potatoes you can then mash up and season, we still do our best to mix our vegetables in a way that is ready to eat and yet still edible and even tasty.

The vegetables we offer are not fried and salted like potato chips. So you don’t have to worry about a lot of excess fat. You can count on our variety packs though to give you what you want and what you need, also helping you to decide which packs you prefer.  If you already know which vegetables you like and don’t like, you can of course pick more specific batches. However, we find that you may be surprised when it comes to freeze-dried vegetables, which options you actually like.  If anything, we think that you may find that your taste buds give you more tasty options, not less.
