Introducing the Kelly Kettle Ultimate Aluminum ‘Scout’ Kit – Medium, an essential outdoor companion for camping, hiking, or any outdoor adventure. This kit includes a 41 fl.oz. anodized aluminum Scout Kettle, a steel fire-base, and a green whistle.
The Hobo Stove is a convenient addition to the kit, allowing you to create a standalone wood-fueled stove by placing it onto the fire-base of your kettle. The best part is that it takes up no extra space as it fits neatly inside the fire base of your kettle for storage.
The Cook Set includes a 29 fl.oz. pot with pan/lid, grill set, and gripper handle, providing a versatile cooking solution for your outdoor needs. Place the grill pieces on the fire-base to grill over the coals or create a base for the pot/pan to sit on.
The kit also includes two cups, one 17 fl.oz. and the other 12 fl.oz. with folding handles, allowing you to drink, eat or cook in these cups. Made of single-walled stainless steel, they are compact and can pack inside each other.
The two plates in this kit are dishwasher safe, stackable, and durable, with a rim around the edge that protects your fingers from getting burned when plate contents are hot. These plates can also be used as a pan for cooking.
The Base/Pot Support is a new addition to this kit that serves multiple purposes. Use it to cook fast-cooking items like rice, oatmeal, noodles, soup, etc. over the chimney of your kettle while your kettle boils. Note: Keep the kettle full with water when using the pot-support over the chimney. Or use it to level uneven ground under the fire-base or simply to eliminate scorch marks to lawns, timber decking & picnic tables.
All items in this kit are made of stainless steel and fit neatly within the kettle itself for easy transport and storage. The total kit weight, excluding packaging, is 3.9lb / 1.77kg. The product dimensions are: 10.2 inches in height (packed), 7.3 inches in diameter at the widest point of the rim of the base, and a capacity of 41 fl.oz. or 1.2 liters. The kettle weighs 1.5 lbs, the cups weigh 0.55 lbs, and the plates weigh a combined 0.56 lbs. The overall diameter of the plates is 7 3/4″ with a depth of 1″. Each plate/bowl weighs 0.125 kg / 0.28lb (combined 0.254kg / 0.56lb).
